Wills, Probate and Advising the Elderly Autumn Update 2026

CLSQ will be exhibiting at the Wills, Probate and Advising the Elderly Autumn Update, a full day conference for private client practitioners taking place at The Fed in Gateshead on Wednesday 7 October 2026.

Organised by Professional Conferences, the programme brings together a series of updates for solicitors and other practitioners working across wills, probate, estate administration and elder client law, with sessions spanning will drafting and planning, the forthcoming inheritance tax charge on pensions, funding care and the family home, the administration of less straightforward estates, and the autumn tax, trust and older client updates. The day carries six hours of CPD and is led by Professor Lesley King, John Bunker and Caroline Bielanska.
