The Newcastle and North of England Law Society Annual Law Dinner, Newcastle – 9 October 2026

CLSQ will be attending the Newcastle and North of England Law Society Annual Law Dinner, held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead on the Quayside on Friday 9 October 2026.

This year's dinner carries particular significance, marking the Society's bicentenary and two hundred years of supporting the legal profession across the North of England. Hosted by its 200th President, Lesley Fairclough, the black tie evening brings together colleagues, clients and friends for a celebration that takes in the Society's awards ceremony, recognising the region's highest-achieving law students and newly qualified solicitors, an after dinner address from barrister and broadcaster Shaun Wallace, and live music through the evening.

We look forward to joining the profession in Newcastle to mark the milestone, and would be glad to see familiar faces and meet new ones over the course of the evening.
