CLSQ strengthens underwriting proposition with specialist team structure
CLSQ has expanded its underwriting function into four specialist pillars, strengthening its proposition and providing clients with greater access to dedicated expertise across legal indemnity and estate administration risks.
The new structure reflects the continued growth of CLSQ’s Legal Indemnity Insurance and Estate Administration businesses and has been designed to create greater specialisation within the experienced underwriting team.
The four underwriting pillars are: Commercial Legal Indemnity Underwriting, led by Clare Bisset, Specialty Risks Underwriting, led by Chantelle Wren, Express Legal Indemnity Underwriting, also led by Chantelle Wren, Estate Administration Underwriting, led by Faye Rogers
The new structure aligns specialist underwriting expertise more closely with client requirements, ensuring CLSQ’s clients have direct access to dedicated teams that understand the nuances, complexities and risks associated with each transaction.
The Commercial Legal Indemnity pillar will support more complex and bespoke commercial real estate transactions while the Express Legal Indemnity pillar has been established to provide rapid decisions on standard legal indemnity risks. The Specialty Risks pillar will be focused on more complex and emerging risks, creating innovative insurance solutions and developing strategic products for new and evolving market opportunities. The Estate Administration pillar will focus on probate and estate administration-related risks.
