SearchFlow users gain streamlined access to CLSQ legal indemnity insurance

CLSQ has launched a partnership with SearchFlow, giving SearchFlow users access to CLSQ’s legal indemnity insurance (LII) offering through a dedicated branded route into its PIPA platform. 

The partnership will provide SearchFlow’s users with access to a white-labelled version of CLSQ’s online LII platform, PIPA, making it easier for firms to obtain quotes and arrange cover as part of the conveyancing process. 

Alongside fast access to online cover, the partnership gives SearchFlow users direct access to CLSQ’s specialist underwriting expertise. While standard risks can be handled quickly through the platform, more complex matters can be referred to CLSQ’s underwriting team, ensuring firms have access to tailored support where additional expertise is required. 

Through PIPA, users will be able to access more than 75 legal indemnity policies, instant online cover, higher limits of indemnity up to £10 million and AA-rated insurer capacity. The platform also enables backdated cover for up to 30 days, supports multi-user case files, allows multiple properties to be covered within a single case and, if an off-the-shelf policy can’t be obtained, provides the option to proceed to a bespoke quote online.
